The Tyrsamisu is actually far more than just haute pastry. It is in fact an artistic collaboration. The art of pastry-making and typography came together at french bakery LIBERTÉ to present you a touch of sweetness engraved with dark chocolate tones: the TYRSAMISU.

In collaboration withTyrsa, Benoît Castel reinterprets the tiramisu by revisiting three recipes that are as savory as they are graphical:

 

· T-M : Classic

Mascarpone + Cacao + Biscuit n Coffee

 

· I-U-Y-A : Chocolate

Mascarpone + Brownie + Citrus Zest + Baileys + Sancho Pepper

 

· R-S-S : Passionnate

Mascarpone + Caramel + Passion Fruit + Coco
